The AMZCHEF CE-T-32CB2xyP200-AC is a compact ceramic hob with 2 independently controlled cooking zones. Its black glass surface can be built into a worktop or used freestanding after fitting the feet.

Cooking controls

  • Two zones: approximately 200 mm and 165 mm in diameter, with separate settings.
  • 9 power levels: adjust the heating intensity to suit the dish.
  • Touch controls: select a zone, adjust power, set a timer up to 99 minutes or pause cooking.
  • Control lock: prevents accidental changes to settings.

The “H” residual heat indicator shows when the surface remains hot. Avoid touching the hot zone or placing heat-sensitive items on it.

Cookware and installation

Unlike an induction hob, this model does not require cookware with a ferromagnetic base. It can be used with many types of steel, cast iron, aluminium, copper, ceramic and glass cookware.

The hob measures 52 × 29 × 4.5 cm and requires a 49.3–49.5 × 26.3–26.5 cm installation cutout. Total power is 3200 W, with a 220–240 V~, 50–60 Hz supply. The electrical installation must meet the appliance’s requirements. The smooth glass surface makes cooking stains easier to remove.
