The large board measures 43 × 30 cm, the medium board 35 × 25 cm and the small board 25 × 18 cm. Each is 1.75 cm thick. Grooves around the surface help retain juices from meat, fruit and vegetables. Underside recesses make the boards easier to grip and carry, while the corners are rounded.
