GRILLING WITH THE LID
Thanks to the ability to close the lid, you have control over the flame. Closing it quickly will instantly extinguish any fire that could burn your food.
The closed lid speeds up meat preparation time and also makes it juicier. Hot air circulates evenly throughout the grill, allowing you to prepare any dish.
ASH PAN
This is where the burnt charcoal collects, preventing dust from settling on your food. After grilling, you can easily dispose of the ash. Simply slide out the container and empty its contents.
WOODEN HANDLE AND WHEELS
Safely move the entire grill without having to lift it. This feature allows you to light the grill away from the table and then safely return to grilling with your family.
LARGE GRATE - 40 CM
The round, chrome-plated grate can hold many dishes, so you can cook dinner for the whole family at once. Additionally, the grate has special handles that make it easy to remove from the fire bowl.
SMALLER CHARCOAL GRATE
At the bottom of the grill, there is a grate on which the charcoal burns easily. This makes the fire bowl much more efficient, and the burnt charcoal and ash fall from the grate into the ash pan.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
- There are ventilation openings in the lid and the ash pan. These allow you to adjust the amount of air supplied to the grill.
- Thanks to this regulation, you can control the grilling temperature. Air entering from the bottom causes the briquettes to burn faster and more intensely, ensuring a high grilling temperature.
- Opening the upper vents draws air from the bottom and raises the temperature inside the grill. At the same time, closing the vents under the grill and in the lid allows you to extinguish the briquettes more quickly.
