Choose countryThe Bosch PRO GKE18V-30 is an 18 V cordless chainsaw for cutting beams, timber and thick branches. Its 30 cm guide bar and compact design help with handling in confined spaces, while battery operation removes the need for a mains cable.
Motor control and cutting
The brushless motor works with OptiCut, which automatically adjusts speed and torque to the task. Motor control helps maintain stable operation under higher loads. Chain speed is 12.4 m/s, with a .325" (8.25 mm) chain pitch and 1.1 mm drive link thickness.
Battery system and contents
The saw uses the AMPShare / Bosch Professional / ProCORE 18V battery system. A battery capacity of at least 5.5 Ah is recommended. The chainsaw is supplied without a battery or charger, which must be purchased separately. Chain tensioning requires tools, and the saw is not intended for one-handed operation.
