4FIZJO ULTRA+ VP04 vibration plate, black
The 4FIZJO ULTRA+ VP04 is a vibration plate for home fitness and strengthening exercises. It offers 99 vibration speed levels and 5 training programmes, adjustable using the control-panel buttons or the included remote.
Exercise options and controls
Use the platform for squats, lunges, press-ups, planks and seated exercises. The included resistance bands add options for training your arms, shoulders and back.
- LCD display: shows the selected programme, distance, workout time and speed.
- Music: Bluetooth and built-in speakers let you play music from your phone; USB connectivity is also provided.
- Support: a non-slip surface and suction-cup feet help keep the platform in place.
- Sound damping: an integrated system reduces operating noise.
Size, power and contents
The platform measures 54 × 31 × 12 cm and supports a maximum user weight of 120 kg. It runs on a 220–240 V AC mains supply and has a 145 cm power cable. The set includes the platform, power cable, remote control, resistance bands and user manual.

Do not use during pregnancy, after surgery or a surgical procedure, with a knee, shoulder, back or neck injury, or with retinal disease.
