Choose countryThis portable 20 l solar shower is designed for washing outdoors when camping or travelling without mains water or electricity. Sunlight heats the water, while a thermometer with Celsius and Fahrenheit scales lets you monitor its temperature.
Heating and water flow
Approximate water temperatures are 27 °C after 1 hour in the sun, 40 °C after 2 hours and 45 °C after 3 hours. Heating depends on air temperature and sunlight intensity; the maximum temperature is 53 °C. The transparent rear panel lets you check the water level and cleanliness. Pull out the shower nozzle to start the flow, then close the water supply after use.
Hanging and storage
- Carrying and hanging: the rubber handle allows you to carry the shower and hang it from a bar or branch. Installation requires no specialist tools.
- Storage and retention: a double pocket holds washing essentials, while side hook-and-loop fasteners keep the nozzle raised.
- Lower loops: 2 loops provide additional securing points or somewhere to hang small accessories.

Safe use
The maximum load is 20 kg. Hang the shower from a stable support capable of holding the filled reservoir. Always test the water temperature with your hand before directing it onto the body, especially for children, older people and those with sensitive skin: water heated in strong sunlight can cause scalding. Keep away from flames, stoves, cookers and other sources of high heat.
Avoid sharp edges and rough surfaces. Check the hose, connections and hanging components regularly, as damage can cause leaks or the shower to fall. Do not leave a filled shower unattended where small children can reach it. Fill with a moderate water flow to avoid damaging the hose or connections. Empty after use to prevent bacterial growth and unpleasant odours.
