The 4FIZJO ULTRA is an adjustable weight bench with a barbell rack for home strength training. It supports exercises with barbells, dumbbells or no additional weights, while the leg exercise attachment adds lower-body training options.

Construction and storage
The bench has a steel structure, non-slip grips and a seat and backrest filled with soft, deformation-resistant foam. It folds into an upright position for storage in smaller spaces.
