4FIZJO PRO+ folding weight bench with adjustable barbell rack
The 4FIZJO PRO+ is a folding weight bench with a barbell rack for strength training at home. It supports barbell presses and dumbbell exercises, with a folding design that makes storage between workouts easier.
Adjustable bench and barbell supports
The rack has 4 height settings from 80 to 90 cm. Two additional side supports can be set at 62 or 65 cm to provide a lower position for resting the barbell. The bench angle adjusts in 3 positions within a 15°–90° range.
- Rack locking: a double locking system secures the height adjustment.
- Bench position: locking pins hold the selected position.
- Base: a wide design, reinforced rack and 4 suction cups help stabilise the structure.
Dimensions and load limits
The bench measures 120 × 65 × 102 cm, or 44 × 70 × 130 cm when folded, and weighs 13 kg. The maximum user weight is 120 kg and the maximum bench load is 230 kg. Both limits must be observed when choosing your training load.
