4FIZJO Arm Blaster biceps support, black
The 4FIZJO Arm Blaster is a chest-positioned support for biceps exercises with weights. It stabilises the upper arms to help isolate the biceps and reduce involvement of the back and shoulders.
Its anatomically contoured shape helps limit body swinging during exercises. The adjustable neck strap lets you position the support to suit your height, while foam padding at the arm rests provides a softer contact surface.
This black support is made from steel and nylon, measures 58 × 10 × 0.5 cm and weighs approximately 650 g. It offers an alternative to biceps exercises on a preacher bench.
