4FIZJO PRO+ inflatable balance cushion, 33 cm, blue
The 4FIZJO PRO+ is an inflatable sensorimotor cushion for balance, stabilisation and movement coordination training. This blue, 33 cm balance disc can also be used on a chair seat and during yoga or Pilates sessions.
Two surfaces for exercise
One side is smoother with small raised bumps, while the other has long massage protrusions. The unstable surface supports standing balance exercises, half squats and exercises performed on the knees or hands. When sitting on the cushion, the body needs to adjust to the unstable support.
Inflation and contents
A hand pump is included. Inflate the cushion enough to prevent it from compressing down to the underlying surface during use. Do not overinflate: it should retain its disc shape rather than become ball-shaped.
Precautions
Consult a doctor before use, particularly if you experience pain during exercise, have an acute condition following a recent joint dislocation or bone fracture, inflammation of the joints or periosteum, swelling or dizziness.
