4FIZJO PRO+ balance cushion 33 cm, black, with pump
The 4FIZJO PRO+ is an inflatable balance cushion for balance, stabilisation and movement coordination training. This black 33 cm disc can also be placed on a chair seat to provide an unstable sitting surface.
Exercise and seated use
The sensory disc is suitable for balance exercises, yoga and Pilates. It can be used while sitting, standing, kneeling or doing press-ups. One side has small raised bumps, while the other has longer massage protrusions for stimulation, including use on the feet.
Inflation
A hand pump is included. Inflate the cushion enough to prevent bottoming out against the floor during activity. Do not overinflate: it should retain a disc shape rather than becoming ball-shaped.
