The 4FIZJO MED+ is an inflatable balance cushion for balance, stabilisation and movement coordination training. This pink, 33 cm disc can also be placed on a chair seat to provide an unstable sitting surface.
For exercise and sitting
The cushion can be used at home, in physiotherapy, yoga and Pilates. It provides an unstable support for standing, seated and kneeling exercises, as well as press-ups.

Inflation and precautions
Inflate the cushion enough to prevent it from compressing down to the supporting surface during use. Do not overinflate it: it should retain its disc shape rather than become ball-shaped.
Consult a doctor before use, especially if you experience pain during exercise, acute conditions, a recent joint dislocation or bone fracture, inflammation of the joints or periosteum, swelling or dizziness.
