4FIZJO MED+ balance cushion, 33 cm, red, with pump
The 4FIZJO MED+ is an inflatable balance cushion for balance, stability and movement coordination training. This 33 cm sensory disc can be used for exercises or placed on a chair as a seat cushion.
Two surfaces for exercise
One side is smooth with small raised contours, while the other has long massage projections for stimulating the feet. The unstable surface requires you to adjust your balance during exercise. Use the disc while standing, sitting, kneeling or doing push-ups, as well as during yoga and Pilates sessions.

Inflation and precautions
Inflate the cushion enough to prevent your body from pressing through it onto the supporting surface during use. Do not overinflate: it should retain its disc shape rather than become ball-shaped.
Consult a doctor before use, especially if you experience pain during exercise, have an acute condition following a recent joint dislocation or bone fracture, inflammation of the joints or periosteum, swelling or dizziness.
