The 4FIZJO wooden balance beam is designed for balance, coordination, stabilisation and body awareness exercises. It can be used for functional training, yoga, Pilates, rehabilitation and general exercise at home or in a training studio.
Dimensions and training options
Made from beech wood, the beam has an overall length of 100 cm and an overall height of 8 cm. The beam diameter is 5 cm and the base width is 12 cm. Its maximum load is 250 kg.
Designed for use barefoot or in sports shoes, it can be used indoors and outdoors. The wooden surface provides direct contact with the foot during balance and movement-control exercises.
Assembly before use
The product is supplied in parts. Screw on the 4 feet and fit the included pads before training. Assembly does not require specialist tools.
