Operation and control
The 18 V tool supports the DeWalt XR 18V / FLEXVOLT battery system. It has a no-load speed of 9 000 min⁻¹ and weighs 1.61 kg without a battery. Soft start provides a gradual start-up, while the adjustable guard can be positioned to suit the working angle. The side handle can be fitted in different positions.
- Accessory sizes: 125 mm grinding and cutting discs, plus a 115 mm wire brush.
- Mounting: M14 spindle thread for attaching accessories.
- Protection functions: the brake system responds to disc blockages, while the electronic clutch helps protect the motor under high load.
