Step-by-Step Instructions

Before you begin, clean and dry the glass surface on both sides. Remove any loose glass fragments from the damaged area.

1. Attach the suction cup applicator to the windshield, centering the ring directly over the crack.
2. Screw the resin chamber into the center ring until its rubber tip makes firm contact with the glass. Then, remove the plunger from the chamber.
3. Add the required amount of resin into the applicator (usually 5-10 drops for smaller chips).
4. Screw the plunger back in. To force the resin into the crack and push out air, repeatedly tighten and loosen the plunger.
5. Wait for the vacuum to pull air bubbles out from the damage.
6. Tighten the plunger one last time to ensure the crack is completely filled.
7. Remove the entire applicator assembly.
8. Apply a couple of drops of resin onto the repaired area and cover it with a curing film. Smooth it out to remove any air bubbles.
9. Park the car in direct sunlight for 10 minutes (or use a UV light) to cure the resin.
10. Once cured, use the included razor blade to gently scrape off any excess resin from the glass.
11. For longer cracks, apply the resin directly along the length of the crack, cover with a curing film, and follow the curing and scraping steps.
