The 4FIZJO ERGO XL set provides point-pressure massage using body weight against a spiked surface. This green and gold version includes a 110 × 42 × 2 cm mat and a 30 × 32 × 10 cm contoured pillow.
Flexible positioning
The mat can be used lying down, sitting or standing, placed on a floor, bed or chair. The half-roll pillow can be positioned beneath the calves, thighs, buttocks, feet or head to select the massage area.
- Covers: 100% cotton with soft polyurethane foam filling.
- Spikes: swirl-shaped ABS SPINNING SPIKES rosettes, attached without glue using the HEAT PRESS method.
- Storage: a synthetic-fabric bag with a carrying handle is included.
Session length and care
The stated session times are 5–10 minutes for beginners, 10–20 minutes for intermediate users and 20–40 minutes for experienced users. Beginners can start on a bed while wearing clothing. Hand wash with lukewarm soapy water; do not rub or wring. Dry flat, and do not machine wash or tumble dry. Store rolled up in the bag with the spikes facing inwards.
Contraindications
Do not use under the age of 16, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with blood-clotting disorders including haemophilia, or when taking anticoagulants such as Clexane or Heparin. Other contraindications include skin changes caused by fungal or infectious diseases, rashes, burns, wounds, and sensitive or delicate skin, for example in people with diabetes or circulatory problems. People with cancer require a doctor's approval before use.

Is the pillow only for use beneath the head?
No. The contoured pillow can also be positioned beneath the calves, thighs, buttocks and feet. It can be used sitting or lying down.
Can the mat be machine washed?
No. Hand wash with lukewarm soapy water. A soft brush can be used to remove dust between the spikes. Do not rub or wring the fabric, and dry flat rather than tumble drying.
