The 4FIZJO ERGO XL is an acupressure mat and contoured pillow set for pressure-point massage. This black and gold version has a 110 × 42 × 2 cm mat and a 30 × 32 × 10 cm pillow.
Construction and positioning
Use the mat lying down, sitting or standing, positioned on a floor, bed or chair. The half-roll pillow can be placed beneath different areas, including the calves, thighs, buttocks, feet or head.
- Covers: 100% cotton with polyurethane foam filling.
- Massage elements: ABS rosettes with swirl-shaped spikes, attached without adhesive using the HEAT PRESS method.
- Storage: a synthetic-fabric bag with a carrying handle is included.
Session length and care
The stated session lengths are 5–10 minutes for beginners, 10–20 minutes for intermediate users and 20–40 minutes for experienced users. Beginners can start clothed with the mat on a bed. Hand wash with lukewarm soapy water; do not rub or wring. Dry flat, and do not machine wash or tumble dry. Store rolled with the spikes facing inwards in the bag.
Contraindications
Not for people under 16, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with blood-clotting disorders or when taking anticoagulants. Do not use with fungal or infectious skin conditions, rashes, burns or wounds, or with sensitive, delicate skin, such as in people with diabetes or circulation problems. People with cancer require a doctor's approval.
