The 4FIZJO anti-slip rubber yoga mat should be cleaned regularly. For daily post-workout care, wipe with a slightly damp cloth. For larger stains, wash your yoga mat by hand on a low temperature. Then leave to dry. Remember! The yoga mat is not machine washable or tumble dryable. Don't use chemicals. Store the rubber mat with the top layer facing out. Thanks to this, its surface will not wrinkle.
